Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, forecasts, and market trends to inform strategic business decisions
- Develop comprehensive budgets and financial models for departmental initiatives
- Prepare executive dashboards and KPI reports highlighting performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and financial integration
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
