Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations for 10-15 clients
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements
- Oversee accounts payable/reconciliation processes
- Conduct internal audits and compliance reviews
- Develop and implement financial controls
- Collaborate with tax preparation teams
- Maintain accurate QuickBooks and ERP systems
- Lead quarterly financial reporting meetings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
