Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements, ensuring strict compliance with GAAP standards.
- Night Shift Accounting: Oversee the full accounting cycle during off-hours, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and accrual management.
- General Ledger Management: Maintain the general ledger, perform detailed account analysis, and promptly resolve any discrepancies.
- Internal Auditing: Conduct thorough internal audits and ensure all financial records adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current financial workflows and implement automated solutions to streamline operations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is required.
- Certification: CPA or CMA certification is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a night shift or high-volume financial environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Availability: Must be available to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
