Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and month-end close procedures
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) with strict attention to GAAP compliance
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance for multi-state operations
- Conduct detailed variance analysis and financial modeling for strategic decision support
- Lead internal audits and ensure SOX compliance across all financial processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial workflows and implement automation solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with full-cycle responsibilities
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Proven track record of managing month-end closes and reconciliations
