Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive review.
- Budget Management: Assist in the budget preparation process and monitor variances against the forecast.
- Data Analysis: Analyze market trends and internal data to identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue drivers.
- Process Improvement: Streamline financial reporting processes and implement best practices for data accuracy.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial analyses adhere to internal policies and relevant GAAP standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Tools: Experience with SQL or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus.
- Certifications: CPA or CFA certification is highly preferred.
