Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Create detailed financial models and forecasts for business units
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize budget allocation
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and valuation analysis
- Develop KPI dashboards for executive leadership
- Ensure compliance with SOX and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting tools
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Tableau preferred)
- CFA or CPA designation preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines in high-pressure environments
