Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare complex financial models and reports for senior management, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and translate them into financial metrics.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and economic indicators relevant to the region.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and presentations.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements within the finance department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) is required.
- Experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data to non-financial stakeholders.
