Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to create accurate forecasts, budgets, and variance reports
- Develop comprehensive financial models for business strategy and investment decisions
- Prepare executive dashboards and KPI tracking for leadership review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support growth initiatives

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- CFA or CPA designation preferred
