Responsibilities
- Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support business planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
- Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and variance reports for executive leadership.
- Forecasting: Develop and maintain financial models to predict future trends and assist in strategic decision-making.
- Cost Management: Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities to optimize the company's financial health.
- Process Improvement: Streamline financial reporting workflows and implement best practices to increase efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables) and SQL; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to data accuracy and financial reporting standards (GAAP).
