Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling & Analysis: Develop complex financial models and forecasts to support long-term strategic planning and capital allocation.
- Reporting & Presentation: Create comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Budget Management: Assist in the annual budgeting process, monitoring variances against forecasts and recommending corrective actions.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial operations and enhance data integrity across departments.
- Cost Analysis: Conduct in-depth cost-benefit analyses for new projects and operational initiatives.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all financial activities adhere to internal policies and relevant external regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or related roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business insights.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to senior management.
- Certifications: CPA, CFA, or CMA designation is a significant plus.
