Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, variance analysis, and budget forecasting to support business goals.
- Develop complex financial models and scenarios to evaluate investment opportunities and operational efficiency.
- Prepare accurate, timely, and insightful monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders.
- Perform market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline financial processes and improve reporting accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of executive presentations and board meeting materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
