Responsibilities
- Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals and entities
- Conduct tax research and provide compliance guidance
- Analyze financial data to identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with senior advisors on complex tax strategies
- Manage client relationships and communicate tax implications
- Utilize ProSystem fx and Lacerte tax software
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA candidates preferred)
- 2+ years of tax preparation experience
- Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in fast-paced environment
- Active Indiana CPA license or eligibility
