- Process high-volume transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Deliver personalized customer service by identifying needs and recommending appropriate financial products
- Maintain cash drawer compliance and perform daily balancing procedures
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to branch management
- Adhere to all banking regulations, security protocols, and compliance standards
- Actively participate in branch initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and digital platforms
