Responsibilities
- Process customer deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving account issues professionally.
- Handle cash transactions with extreme accuracy and balance the drawer at the end of every shift.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products, such as savings accounts and credit cards, to meet branch goals.
- Assist in opening new accounts and verifying customer identity in compliance with federal regulations.
- Collaborate with the branch team to maintain a welcoming and organized lobby environment.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the Branch Manager when necessary.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong basic math skills and a keen eye for detail are essential for cash handling.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable transportation is required for this full-time position.
