Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to forecast trends, identify risks, and optimize business performance
- Develop comprehensive financial models and reports for executive decision-making
- Collaborate with department heads to prepare budgets and variance analyses
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to drive strategic initiatives
- Lead ad-hoc financial projects with minimal supervision
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear visual dashboards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in a corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- CMA, CPA, or CFA designation highly desirable
