Responsibilities
- Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Verify time records, calculate deductions, and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Handle employee payroll inquiries via phone and email with exceptional professionalism
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve tax-related issues promptly
- Generate payroll reports for management and auditors
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems
- Collaborate with HR and accounting teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset
- Willingness to complete paid 4-week paid training program
