Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop complex financial models and projections to assess the financial viability of new projects and business initiatives.
- Create detailed reports and dashboards for executive leadership, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to provide actionable insights for business growth.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, internal controls, and reporting standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong experience in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders.
