Responsibilities
- Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cash advances with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving account inquiries and concerns
- Actively promote bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales targets and service goals
- Utilize banking software to record transactions and update customer information
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
