Responsibilities
- Perform detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and budget planning.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analysis.
- Conduct forecasting and modeling to project future financial performance and trends.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-financial stakeholders.
