Your Role
As a Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving financial strategy and ensuring the accuracy of our financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual budget forecasts and variance reports for senior management.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost-saving measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, regulatory reports, and audit schedules.
- Develop and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets and financial dashboards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and present findings clearly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
