Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP
- Assist with month-end closing processes and reconciliation of accounts
- Process accounts payable/receivable and maintain general ledger entries
- Support budget preparation and variance analysis for department heads
- Conduct internal audits to identify process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial reporting projects
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks/ERP) for data management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates welcome)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software knowledge
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
