Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and deliver actionable business insights
- Create detailed financial models, forecasts, and variance reports for executive leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning initiatives
- Monitor KPIs and prepare executive dashboards with clear data visualization
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for assigned business units
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support operational decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or public accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex modeling)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred)
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- CFA or CPA certification strongly preferred
