Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders
- Develop financial models and forecasts supporting budgeting and strategic planning
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to optimize business performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial analysis projects
- Maintain and improve financial databases and reporting systems
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests from executive leadership
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in a corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex formulas)
- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage deadlines in a flexible, remote-friendly environment
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) preferred
