Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within SLAs
- Implement process improvements to reduce payment cycle times
- Manage 1099 reporting and tax compliance documentation
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor payment terms optimization
- Lead month-end closing activities for AP sub-ledger
- Maintain internal controls and SOX compliance documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Advanced proficiency in SAP or Oracle ERP systems
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and sales tax regulations
- Proven experience with 3-way matching and audits
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in fast-paced environment
