Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to monitor and improve financial performance, including variance analysis and trend reporting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
- Collaborate with department heads to track expenses and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
- Assist in external audits by providing required documentation and reconciling accounts.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions and ERP systems to automate reporting and data integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the energy or manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting using tools like Microsoft Excel, SAP, or Oracle.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-financial audiences.
