Responsibilities
- Process customer deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments efficiently and accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving account issues.
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet branch sales goals.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in opening new accounts and maintaining customer files.
- Ensure the branch lobby is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with computerized banking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
