Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Balance cash drawer and maintain accurate records
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding accounts and services
- Operate provided banking equipment (ATMs, scanners, cash recyclers)
- Identify opportunities to promote bank products
- Adhere to all security protocols and compliance regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to operate provided banking technology
