Responsibilities
- Analyze Financial Data: Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction and revenue growth.
- Forecasting & Budgeting: Assist in the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans for the organization.
- Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including variance analysis and performance dashboards for management.
- Process Improvement: Review and improve internal financial processes and reporting systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations and sales, to support business decisions with financial data.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial activities adhere to internal controls, regulatory requirements, and accounting standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or financial planning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions, Pivot Tables) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is highly preferred.
- Certifications: CPA, CFA, or CMA certification is a strong plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present it clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence decision-making.
