Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and monitor ongoing performance against targets.
- Collaborate with department heads to provide insights and recommendations for operational improvements.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, or budgeting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial software.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement analysis.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
