Responsibilities
- Process transactions accurately including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving account inquiries and concerns
- Balance cash drawer and daily transactions with precision
- Actively promote bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Maintain strict compliance with security protocols and banking regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless branch operations
- Support digital banking initiatives and educate customers on self-service options
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office
