Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership.
- Forecast revenue and expenses, identifying trends and providing actionable insights.
- Assist in the budgeting process and monitor variances to ensure financial targets are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the financial impact of business initiatives.
- Perform risk assessment and variance analysis to optimize capital allocation.
- Present complex financial data to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables) and SQL.
- Experience with financial modeling software and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- CFA, CMA, or CPA certification is a strong plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
