Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to assess the company's financial health and performance trends.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and forecasting.
- Assist in the budgeting process, including developing annual budgets and monitoring departmental spending.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop financial models and support strategic initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to executive leadership.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal control procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting to stakeholders.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CFA designation is a plus.
