Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling & Analysis: Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and capital requirements.
- Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership and board meetings.
- Budget Management: Lead the budgeting process, monitoring variances and providing recommendations for corrective actions.
- Cost Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses into operational costs to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Forecasting: Utilize historical data to predict future financial performance and market trends.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders clearly and concisely.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry and reporting.
