Responsibilities
- Develop financial models, forecasts, and variance analyses to support strategic initiatives
- Analyze operational performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize budget allocation and resource planning
- Lead ad-hoc financial projects including market research and investment analysis
- Streamline financial reporting processes using automation tools
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial statement analysis
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
