Responsibilities
- Perform variance analysis and prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports for senior management.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting and forecasting cycles.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and strategic planning documents.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to drive profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial software (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- CFA, CPA, or MBA preferred.
