Responsibilities
- Perform complex financial analysis to support business planning and forecasting.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and variances.
- Develop financial models to evaluate project feasibility and investment returns.
- Collaborate with department heads to create budgets and monitor spending against targets.
- Assist in the preparation of materials for internal and external audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, and analysis (FP&A).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and SQL.
- Experience with financial modeling and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
