Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with high accuracy.
- Identify trends, variances, and risks in financial data to recommend actionable solutions.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor annual budgets.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations for executive leadership.
- Maintain and update financial models and spreadsheets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics required.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions, Pivot Tables) and financial reporting software.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- CPA certification is a plus but not required.
