Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business optimization
- Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and variance reports for leadership review
- Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and strategic plans
- Streamline financial reporting processes using Excel, SQL, and Power BI
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support investment decisions and cost reduction initiatives
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through clear, data-driven presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience with proven modeling expertise
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros) and financial software
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards
- Excellent quantitative and analytical problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex data to non-finance audiences
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data visualization tools
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
