Responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 99.8% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional in-person and virtual customer service via our hybrid model
- Open new accounts and explain financial products/services
- Resolve client inquiries and disputes efficiently
- Uphold strict security protocols and compliance standards
- Collaborate with digital banking team for seamless remote support
- Participate in cross-functional financial wellness initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year banking or cash handling experience
- Proficiency with digital banking platforms and video conferencing
- Valid Colorado Notary Public certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work flexible schedule including Saturdays
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
