Responsibilities
- Perform detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis and trend reporting to support executive decision-making.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and forecasts to predict future performance and allocate resources effectively.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize operational efficiency.
- Assist in the budgeting process by gathering requirements and providing financial guidance to department heads.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-financial stakeholders.
