Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of credit applications to determine creditworthiness and risk levels.
- Review financial statements, tax returns, and other financial documents to assess borrower capacity.
- Monitor existing credit limits and payment performance to mitigate delinquency risks.
- Prepare detailed credit reports and recommendations for the underwriting team.
- Collaborate with sales and loan officers to provide insights on credit approvals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the credit management system.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in credit analysis, underwriting, or financial analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
