Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and reporting for executive leadership
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Analyze variance between projected and actual financial results
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Collaborate with department heads on strategic financial planning
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and efficiency improvements
- Support mergers, acquisitions, and investment analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- CFA or CPA designation preferred
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
