Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Enterprise system
- Manage year-end tax filings, W-2 distribution, and 1099 processing
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies with 100% accuracy
- Implement and optimize automated payroll workflows
- Collaborate with HR on benefits administration and garnishment orders
- Ensure compliance with federal/state labor regulations and FLSA requirements
- Lead payroll system upgrades and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or 5+ years payroll experience
- Advanced ADP Enterprise certification required
- Expert knowledge of multi-state tax laws and garnishment regulations
- Proficiency in Excel VBA and SQL for payroll reporting
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
- Proven experience implementing payroll system conversions
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
