Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives
- Develop comprehensive financial models and reports for executive leadership and stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and economic indicators to inform business strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and controls
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with variance analysis
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements across departments
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or public accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and financial modeling
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and regulatory compliance
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to non-financial stakeholders
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
