Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and forecast business performance
- Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports for executive leadership
- Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting and scenario planning
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and valuation analysis
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial goals
- Streamline financial reporting processes using automation tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial regulations
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
