Responsibilities
- Prepare and review federal, state, and international tax returns for corporate clients
- Conduct tax research and compliance analysis using authoritative sources
- Assist with tax provision calculations and FIN 48 documentation
- Develop client relationships through proactive communication and strategic tax planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on M&A transactions and restructuring projects
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to quality control standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/Master's preferred)
- 2+ years of public accounting tax experience in Big 4 or mid-tier firm
- Proficiency in tax software (e.g., ProSystem fx, CCH, Thomson Reuters)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills and client management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in fast-paced environment
- Active CPA license or progress toward certification
