Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance, variance analysis, and provide actionable insights to the management team.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and forecasts to support budgeting and strategic planning.
- Assist in the budgeting process by collaborating with department heads to set financial targets.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against strategic goals.
- Perform cost-benefit analyses for potential projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-financial stakeholders.
