Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend actionable business strategies
- Prepare comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and variance reports
- Support budgeting and planning processes across all departments
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for M&A initiatives and market expansion
- Develop executive dashboards and KPI tracking systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
