Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and market conditions to inform strategic business decisions
- Prepare comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and variance reports
- Support budgeting processes and monitor departmental performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial operations
- Develop ad-hoc financial analyses and executive presentations
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex modeling and pivot tables
- Strong experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities to articulate complex financial concepts
