- Analyze financial statements, trends, and metrics to identify growth opportunities and risks
- Develop comprehensive budgets, forecasts, and variance reports for leadership review
- Create financial models for scenario planning and strategic decision support
- Present complex financial data through compelling visualizations and executive summaries
- Streamline financial processes using advanced Excel functions and ERP systems
- Conduct market research to inform pricing strategies and investment opportunities
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex formulas)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
- Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Clear communication skills for presenting to non-financial stakeholders
